“Stayed here for a couple of days—overall a solid experience, especially if you're traveling solo or as a couple. Probably not ideal for families. The area is a bit hectic but felt safe. There was a slight cigarette smell in the hallway. The room was spacious with a decent bed, TV, AC, and fridge. The bed was a bit stiff, and the blankets were rough with a small cigarette burn—okay for a short stay, but not great for longer visits. The bathroom was tiny but functional; I do wish they had provided……

“Between Expedia and the hotel, there was a difference in when the shuttle arrives. It was confirmed twice with Aloft that the shuttle does start at 4A, not 430A which is what Expedia has. There was no information leaflet in the hotel room to indicate how check out works, the airport shuttle times and location, and where ice is located. Also I’m not sure what the deal is with the shower design, but the water takes way too long to cool. If you pre-pay, you are still charged $100 for a damage……
