“Incredible hotel! The staff is amazing. So friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The grounds, rooms, and views are stunning. The sea pool is beyond and the diving boards are so much fun. We brought our 8 month old and they provided a crib, stuffed animal, and adorable backpack. The staff was also very sweet with the baby and offered a high chair at every meal. “Es war ein super schönes Hotel, dass der ganzen Familie sehr gefallen hat. Es hat einen großen, schönen, gepflegten Garten im Gegensatz zu den umliegenden Touribunkern. Es gibt Außen und Innenpools die sauber und gut temperiert sind. Das Essen ist vom riesigen Frühstücksbuffet zum noch reichhaltigeren Abendbuffet mit vielen warmen und kalten Speisen sehr lecker. “Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt auf Madeira. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, sodass man vieles bequem zu Fuß erreichen kann. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit – wir haben uns von Anfang an willkommen gefühlt. Die Zimmer waren modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber und gepflegt.
