“What an amazing stay I had ! There was nothing about this experience that I would change. Marcus (the owner) was very accommodating even before I arrived due to some issues I had on my end. Once I arrived, paco gave me a tour of the property and showed me to my room. He shared recommendations, and was not only attentive, but very friendly and accessible! “The hotel is lovely! Beautiful room and staff is very pleasant. Pool is on the roof and while small it is perfect to cool off after a hot day of walking around Cartagena! The only thing for improvement is to offer enough complimentary coffee for the number of people in the room. We were told it would cost extra beyond what they provided in the room. ”
