“This hotel is a dream. It has everything you can wish for located in a paradise resort. The botanical garden is in itself a marvel surrounding the various swimming pools. There is a gym, bowling alley, diving club, tennis, billiard, hiking on the hill at the back of the hotel with exceptional views. The breakfast buffet is diverse, fresh and even has a gluten free/vegan option with various smoothies. It is close to the beach where you can snorkel among coloured fish in the beautiful Puerto de……

“In total there were 15 of us staying in various locations. My stay in Gloria Palace was excellent , staff were most friendly, cleanliness was perfect, rooms all have sea views & are most spacious. I had only one complaint, my main course meal,which was duck, was inedible. I was unable to eat it as it was tough. I told my waitress but nothing was done ! So I again mentioned at reception & was told by the gentleman that he would ask his boss. When I was checking out I again asked & was told that……

“+：客房相对宽敞，舒适整洁。夜间有娱乐活动。酒店提供直达maspalomas的班车。 -：晚餐的主菜一般，饮料需要另外收费。最后结账时发现菜单上的价格与最终价格不符，酒店解释菜单上显示的是全包食宿的价格（我们是半包）。 ？：奇怪的是，我们打了两次电话要求拖鞋，前台说马上送上来，但第三次下前台问的时候，前台却说酒店不提供拖鞋。”
