“I have stayed many times at Axel Beach and is always enjoyable. While you do pay a little more compared to other hotels nearby; the room are clean & spacious and the pool area is friendly and relaxed. The staff are very friendly, especially Javier in the Pool Bar. I would recommend Axel Beach to anyone within the LGBTQ community. ”

“Ottima struttura situata in un'ottima zona turistica. Perfetta anche la piscina riscaldata. Bungalow efficiente dislocato su due piani, di cui zona notte e bagno al piano superiore. Da migliorare solo la pulizia delle camere che ho considerato troppo superficiale.”

“All staff were friendly, courteous and very helpful. It's a large hotel with plenty of facilities and entertainment. No shortage of seating at the buffet restaurant for breakfast. Rooms were very comfortable with a useful mini fridge. Nice balcony area in each room. Sound proofing could have been better, light could be seen coming in around the door edges so sound also got in easily which meant that you could hear other guests passing in the corridor. On the other side, the entertainment……

“+：客房相对宽敞，舒适整洁。夜间有娱乐活动。酒店提供直达maspalomas的班车。 -：晚餐的主菜一般，饮料需要另外收费。最后结账时发现菜单上的价格与最终价格不符，酒店解释菜单上显示的是全包食宿的价格（我们是半包）。 ？：奇怪的是，我们打了两次电话要求拖鞋，前台说马上送上来，但第三次下前台问的时候，前台却说酒店不提供拖鞋。”
