“Beautiful looking hotel, and some of the best pools and gardens I have seen. Hotel was immaculate inside and out and rooms specious and nicely decored. Unfortunately the size of the hotel and the mediocre sevice stop it from being the luxury resort its trying to be. Service and staff while efficient were unfriendly and a little cold. Dining was disappointing for the level of hotel and food fairly run of the mill. Its a very good four star hotel but other hotels around it put it in the shade when……

“The hotel was extremely kids friendly. The buffet was kids friendly and the staff was lovely. There are only some minor things I think that could have improved our stay. Mid week the diner times changed which was slightly inconvenient. Diner got very hectic as there were lots of families at the same time. ”

“Great stay but about a 7Eur taxi to yumbo or a 20-30 minute walk, during pride that option is taxi for sure. Could be a bit more sound proof for early mornings. But the neighbourhood is quiet after 11pm. Staff was amazing! Would recommend! ”

“We had an issue with the washing machine when we arrived but quickly fixed by management. Well located”

“The shower attachment was broken, and was not fixed. This is not fully accessible, there are steps leading to a lift which then takes you up to Reception on the first floor. There are no dining options, but there are cafes nearby.”
