“Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig und auch sehr fein. Schade war nur das die Zimmer schon beim Ei”

“I really like this hotel and enjoyed the stay. Excellent food, but could vary more ( I was there for 2 weeks and got very tired of it). Rooms start to need a renovation and modernize to 21st century (USBs, comfy chairs in rooms, more modern bathrooms and overall decor). Annoying noise from construction in building next door every day from around 9am.”

“Beautiful looking hotel, and some of the best pools and gardens I have seen. Hotel was immaculate inside and out and rooms specious and nicely decored. Unfortunately the size of the hotel and the mediocre sevice stop it from being the luxury resort its trying to be. Service and staff while efficient were unfriendly and a little cold. Dining was disappointing for the level of hotel and food fairly run of the mill. Its a very good four star hotel but other hotels around it put it in the shade when……

“+：客房相对宽敞，舒适整洁。夜间有娱乐活动。酒店提供直达maspalomas的班车。 -：晚餐的主菜一般，饮料需要另外收费。最后结账时发现菜单上的价格与最终价格不符，酒店解释菜单上显示的是全包食宿的价格（我们是半包）。 ？：奇怪的是，我们打了两次电话要求拖鞋，前台说马上送上来，但第三次下前台问的时候，前台却说酒店不提供拖鞋。”
