“Tricky hotel ! I pay 170 euro to upgrade the room but the first night I stay the temperature like sauna ! The air conditioner doesn’t work and the secondary I fount the filters all dust ! More ridiculous is my friend visit me and no use extra towel and bed they charge me 130 euro more ! I feel like tricked There is more good quality and better hotel around with reasonable price ! It turn down my feeling for such great island ! A bad experience in my life !!! ”

“I have stayed many times at Axel Beach and is always enjoyable. While you do pay a little more compared to other hotels nearby; the room are clean & spacious and the pool area is friendly and relaxed. The staff are very friendly, especially Javier in the Pool Bar. I would recommend Axel Beach to anyone within the LGBTQ community. ”

“+：客房相对宽敞，舒适整洁。夜间有娱乐活动。酒店提供直达maspalomas的班车。 -：晚餐的主菜一般，饮料需要另外收费。最后结账时发现菜单上的价格与最终价格不符，酒店解释菜单上显示的是全包食宿的价格（我们是半包）。 ？：奇怪的是，我们打了两次电话要求拖鞋，前台说马上送上来，但第三次下前台问的时候，前台却说酒店不提供拖鞋。”

“Greeted by friendly reception staff, lovely and clean reception area and all outside areas were well looked after. We had a premium room on floor 1 and was lovely...maids cleaned room virtually every day... back gate was great as only short walk to shops, bars and restaurants definitely will be going again”
