“Beautiful hotel with a mix of historic charm and modern luxury. Staff were welcoming, breakfast was excellent, and the rooftop bar had stunning views. A little outside the old town but taxis are affordable and easy. Perfect for a relaxing, stylish stay. ”

“Tricky hotel ! I pay 170 euro to upgrade the room but the first night I stay the temperature like sauna ! The air conditioner doesn’t work and the secondary I fount the filters all dust ! More ridiculous is my friend visit me and no use extra towel and bed they charge me 130 euro more ! I feel like tricked There is more good quality and better hotel around with reasonable price ! It turn down my feeling for such great island ! A bad experience in my life !!! ”

“+：客房相对宽敞，舒适整洁。夜间有娱乐活动。酒店提供直达maspalomas的班车。 -：晚餐的主菜一般，饮料需要另外收费。最后结账时发现菜单上的价格与最终价格不符，酒店解释菜单上显示的是全包食宿的价格（我们是半包）。 ？：奇怪的是，我们打了两次电话要求拖鞋，前台说马上送上来，但第三次下前台问的时候，前台却说酒店不提供拖鞋。”

“Es war sehr schön, haben die Zeit genossen. Aber beim Frühstück, bei einer gewissen Uhrzeit, geht’s sehr zu und jeder drängelt sich vor oder greift über die Schulter um was zu essen bekommen. ”

“The whole experience at the Radisson Blu was top notch. My family had a wonderful vacation using all of the facilities. The breakfast and dinner buffet were of very high quality with lots of options. On the last day we ordered the mixed paella for 2 from the pool bar. Normally you are supposed to order a day in advance but they made it work for us anyway. It tasted amazing and topped off the stay at the hotel. The staff made us feel like VIPs for the duration. We are already planning our return.……
