“I totally enjoyed my stay here. The room was very clean and the very friendly maids freshened up my room every morning. 1st floor rooms are very convenient for older people as there are no stairs. The only thing I would suggest are more USB outlets. I only had one in my room and it didn't work. ”

Great on the inside, a bit "dormitory" looking on

"We drove by The grand American and thought it was our hotel so we got a little disappointed coz the hotel is a few cottages on the outside, not particularly appealing. But the lobby is grand and the room is spacious, as shown in the photos. We love the double sinks. "
