“設施有點舊，大堂接待人員Nicolas常裝作聽不懂英語似的，請他拿Fork及說明要checkin都表示聽不懂，反而傍邊的同事表示明白。”

“good: lobby is very artistic bad: takes very long time to wait for the shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel. wifi is week in room. ”

“Room is great. Would go as far to say as looked better than the photos which is rare. Only downside was that there is no mini fridge which was disappointing. But would for sure stay again if I’m in the area!”

“Was attending an event at Arthur Findlay College in nearby Stansted-Mountfitchet and this place was ideal and also a great value. The innkeeper was super friendly and helpful and had a good energy. Would definitely recommend. ”

“Unusual and quirky room.Decorated really well.Above a pub but quiet. Only quibble, no one around when checking out as pub closed at 10 am.No instructions where to leave the keys.Had to leave them in the door lock.”

The property needs big improvements as it can be very hot in summer days! fan was supplied but didn't help much, we had ground floor room couldn't leave the curtains & window open as no net to keep flies away and to have privacy as can see people traffic outside your room window. Lovely surroundings to have picnic.”

“Allison and cliff are very friendly and great cooks. The breafull English breakfast was outstanding. The rooms and home was so comfortable. I enjoyed being a about one hour outside of london and being able to explore the countryside. Cambridge. Castles, the north sra, and many other great sites.”

“The swan is a lovely historic hotel, service and food were both very good , all staff were really helpful and attentive, we had to leave early but this is in no way a reflection of our stay , we had a lovely time while we were there ”
