“We had a lovely two days in Linton and Lynmouth and North Walk House was perfect for a quiet weekend away for me and my wife. We were really well looked after and the room had wonderful sea views as did the drawing room juts across the corridor. Everything is in walking distance including the cliff top walk, literally starts right outside the house. Highly recommended, we’ll be back.”

“We had a lovely stay. Our room was spacious and yet had a really cosy feel. Our evening meal was absolutely delicious, as was breakfast. The view from our room was beautiful and we had a nice walk over Tarr Steps. We will definitely return. ”

“Hotel is on seafront with some parking, rooms are good size and clean, staff are brilliant. breakfast is a bit late from 8am but they will do a takeaway. would stay again.”

“Russel and Nicky made us feel very welcome and at home , the breakfast are amazing and worth a revisit alone ! The room was clean and tidy , the en-suite was spacious and the views from our windows over the river were great . We had bedroom 3 and the river runs directly outside and the sounds and views of the river are very relaxing . We would highly recommend to anyone wanting a lovely quiet peaceful break with lovely walks right on your doorstep.. we will be back for sure ”

“A great welcome, very friendly, lovely, comfy, spacious room. Mouth watering meals and great choice of drinks. Although we had a lovely Valentine meal, we were in the public bar, next to the bar which was a bit noisy, table in the restaurant would have been preferred for a bit more privacy. Still we had a wonderful stay.”

“This is a really nice old fashioned pub style accomodation but has a really good chef and therefore very good food. Slightly above the average price but well worth it. However there are other local options for dining. The room overlooked the bay and you could see surfers in the distance along with the small harbour. The famous Lynton to Lynmouth railway is just round the corner and well worth a trip for the spectacular views. Will definitely go back at some point.”

“Superb in every way. Warm and welcoming staff who couldn’t have been more helpful and kind. Cosy but spacious bedroom with very comfortable bed. Fantastic home cooked food and plenty of it! A roaring log fire and honesty bar for drinks and snacks. The views are spectacular and although in a quiet location, within easy reach of the shops. ”

“Very nice hotel run by nice people. The bed and the room (we had a suite) was a little small, but we got used to it. We had our own parking which was very convenient. Breakfast was well prepared and good service.”
