“I arrived later night, the front desk person was called by knocking the door to process my room. Unfortunately they said there is no king size bed which I paid for. I had to sleep since next early morning had meeting,so no time to complain for 2 queen beds. Next day I asked again for king size, they changed my room to king size room. The room is good, only One noise of window. Other then that 2 issues, everything was perfect.”

“The Staff in all areas is very friendly and do their best to provide great service. For instance, the staff in the restaurant was very accommodating on our dietary needs, since my family is allergic to gluten and dairy products. Since the day we visit it was breakfast buffet, they helped us to cook some eggs for us to avoid cross contamination. “Lorsque vous êtes en transit à San José c'est l'hôtel qu'il vous faut. Une ancienne maison victorienne qui a conservé tout son charme d'antan. “The hotel is excellent and the staff really helpful. Most of them speak english with ease. I had to sort a few things out before the trip and they also responded to the messaging on the expedia app very quickly. We had a spacious room and the whole hotel had a feeling of airiness and light with wide, tall hallways. It's a converted 1929 mansion and has a great traditional feel, but also modern conveniences. Just be aware that the hotel is about a 900m walk from the centre of the city and it's……
