Secure parking at the back of the pub for your bike, ten minutes from the circuit and super friendly staff. The food was excellent, best I’ve eaten in years of travel around the World let alone the UK. A gem of a place. ”

“The Hotel does need renovation to compete with newly build hotel chain. The room size is descend, but the furniture is old and has many scratch. If can do some renovation, I am sure can bring back many more customers.”

However when I finally arrived, the host was very welcoming and the accommodation was very warm. The only thing I noticed was that there were invoices from probaly a previous occupant in one of the bedroom drawers and some earpods left in the lounge. Maybe their cleaner needs to be more vigilant.”

“the hotel is in a golf resort. The room was a bit small and there was no A/C in our room. The room was a bit dated, but clean and comfortable. The food and bar were good. Thre is no other restaraunts or bars close by.”

“We arrived at 17:45 on the Sunday, to find that the kitchen closed at 18:00. We had just walked 14 miles as part of our Grand Union Canal walk for Yorkshire Cancer Research. The staff were very accommodating and we were well fed! The shock was when we received the receipt for the meals and a few beers and a 10% service charge had been added. We were not asked whether we wanted to pay that. Given the circumstances, we would probably have agreed to it, but it would have been nice to be asked. ”

“The tub is hard to get in and the plastic door above the tub is uneasy to shut, therefore it leaks. The condition is excellent.”
