“Absolutely fabulous stay. The hosts were lovely and personable, perk fast was delicious, and it was so quiet and cozy. Is was a great base to do our first week of exploring. I couldn’t recommend Rob and Jacquie enough, especially if you want somewhere out of the way that takes care of all the littles details. ”

I understood this to mean a refund would be given in this event. It was late to book elsewhere so initially my family agreed to go regardless but as no further communication was forthcoming despite several attempts I booked elsewhere. “Fabulous staff. We had a problem on the first night and the staff were excellent. Moved us to another room and offered compensation. Breakfast was brilliant. Hotel is in a lovely area opposite a beautiful park and a short walk to the venue we attended and to the city centre. Would definitely stay there again.”
