“We just had one night in Halifax and chose this inn for its proximity to the harbour and dining. It is very lovely and a great location - walkable once you're downtown, and it turned out to be easy to use bus transportation from the airport. (The $65 for an uber was better spent on dinner!) We would definitely stay again. ”

“Loved the property - clean, centrally located, cool spot. Check on was very frustrating. It was a self serve check in but the confirmation number given by Expedia wasn’t for the hotel but for Expedia. The proper confirmation number should have been easily displayed in the email. We had to call Expedia and were only able to speak with an AI agent who wasn’t very helpful. It took over 30 minutes to check in when it should have been a minute or two and the process was very frustrating. Love the……

“Short 1 night stay after a 2 week visit to NS and PEI. We had a later flight out of Halifax so the Marriott was perfect for spending most of the day in the downtown and waterfront areas. Appreciated being able to leave our car parked on the last day at no extra charge. ”

“I gave this property 4 stars because everything was great EXCEPT for the pillows. They were really, really bad and you completely sink into them. I tried to sleep on my stomach and the pillow was suffocating me lol. Despite multiple reviews complaining about parking, it was very easy and was located on property. No issues at all with it, maybe things have changed since they were written? Included breakfast had variety, and location was great and nice and close to everything.”

“Everything was great and staff & services would have 5 stars but for the $100 security charge at check-in which was not mentioned. Not a big deal but the desk clerk should have mentioned it. Wasn't very impressed with the 12 minute wait on hold to reach customer services when I inquired about the charge.”

“Loved the hotel and our king room (bed was very comfy!). There was lots of space, modern features, it was very clean and even had snacks/drinks to purchase in our room. Self check in was super easy and the staff respond quickly to messages. This area was great (less busy than downtown) and had tons of dining options (walkable too). The only downfall is that you can hear other guests in the building and the traffic/noise outside was also loud. It didn’t bother me too much so I would still……
