Helped us out with booking a massage and getting us to the meeting area for our bus the next day. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a place to stay in Hanoi! ”
“It’s the worst experience I’ve ever had in my almost 40 years of travelling. The water bottles no matter big or small need to pay(not what they told us when we checked in) and I feel cheated and humiliated when they told us we’d destroyed the opening ( not really opened) a bottle of wine which no label on it. I didn’t even see where it was and my husband told me it was on the top of the shelf.
I strongly suggest hotels.com evaluate the hotel because I don’t want other guests be cheated……

“The room is clean. Included all basic amenities you needed. The bed is super big and comfortable. The hotel is super close to the St Joseph Cathedral. Perfect for a night before an early flight.”
"We booked to stay here at the last minute and got a great deal online. Our check in was prompt and friendly and the room was clean with a balcony and good air con. We only stayed for one night but would happily have stayed longer, the roof terrace was great for a couple of happy hour beers and a tasty lunch. All staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic but adequate for the price! Overall a great value hotel and in a good location to explore Hanoi."
