“We had numerous family members coming in from all over the country for my son’s wedding. We decided to make it an extended family gathering. The large gathering places in the house were perfect. It’s an older home with some wear, but decently well kept for its age. Everything works. Everyone loved the large sunroom/dining room. Kids loved the pool and spa. The home is in a nice quiet neighborhood and easy distance to beach, restaurants and other parts of Pinellas and Tampa. The management group……

“We had the best week at this lovely property. 2 adults, 2 kids (5 & 2) and it was perfect for all of us! We appreciated the pack and play crib, highchair and toys for the little one and the 5 year old was most excited about the bunk bed and the pool! The hosts were super receptive when we reached out about an issue, and we resolved it quickly.The space is perfect for a family vacation- the kids loved the pool and us parents loved the outside tv and lounge area for a cocktail after the kids were……

“We had a great time at this beautiful house! Highly recommend. Clean. Accommodating. Great pool. On the intercostal area, we rented kayaks and kayaked through all of the houses. Short drive to the beach. We had 10 people in our party but could have easily accommodated more! If you get automated texts I would definitely ask to connect with your local rental manager as they are able to help you with all of the details and very accommodating.
