“Tucked right in the heart of Washington Heights, this hotel was a gem. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. What really stood out, though, was the customer service — every staff member I encountered was friendly, attentive, and made me feel at home. If you’re looking for a place that’s both comfortable and convenient while exploring this vibrant part of NYC, I’d definitely recommend staying here.”

“Great property. Second time staying there. Don’t like the penny pinching. I came in early and asked for an early check in and was told I need to pay $75. I’ve never been told I would be charge for early check in or late check out. That was a shocker for me but the bar is great, staff very friendly and personable ”
