“We had a wonderful stay at this lovely hotel. The receptionists were amazing - warm and welcoming and helpful throughout our trip. The bar and waiting staff were also very friendly and efficient. The grounds and the building were beautiful. Thank you for a lovely stay. ”

“My partner and I were looking for a place to stay after a concert. Cades Acommodation was both budget friendly and super comfortable. It was easy to find the place thans to the instructions provided. The room was clean and comfy. Thank you”

“The property is great. I was traveling with my wife, daughter (13 yrs old) and nephew (16 yrs old). The unit has 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed. It's a large space approximately 600 sqft. There is also parking which is a big plus in England. The unit does not indicate it has a washer and dryer but the picture of the unit clearly shows a washer. Unfortunately there's no dryer and since we were traveling during the winter it took a long time for the clothes to hang dry. We were in outer Birmingham……

“A simple hotel in the middle of Stourbridge. Rooms are adequate in size, the bed is comfortable and there's a good shower in the bathroom. There was a problem with my room but it got sorted quickly and the staff were excellent. Small changes in the bathroom would help - a shelf above the sink so there's somewhere to put your stuff and similarly a soap dish in the shower would be really useful.”

“Absolutely loved this hotel and would definitely go back. It was a real gem, had lovely seating areas downstairs, a huge bedroom with really good quality furniture and amenities. A lot of thought had been put into the tea and coffee making facilities in the room, lots of choice and different tea selections”

“Thank you. I believe the rooms corridors leading to bedrooms need a make over. Chips and broken toilet sisterns toilet flusher all need repair before guests arrive. Breakfast was very good value for money and had a good choice. Entrance to hotel excellent. Thank you. Cheryl Shereni”

“I don't know what to say other than I have sent my review to YHA with "top marks" for everything. From the friendly welcome received on check-in to the cleanliness of the room allocated, everything was absolutely perfect for the overnight stay. I slept very well & enjoyed the morning coffee in the café downstairs. It was all spot-on and excellent value for money. I will recommend to friends and I would like to book to stay there again. ”

“Nobody told me there's activity beside Hotel. All road block and we can't access to hotel after dinner. The road resume almost at 10pm and we spend 2 hours wait outside. Its troublesome to my family. I must complaint to IHS office for the negligence of Hotel staff.”

“Huge car park, free on weekends. Easy check-in. We arrived really late which wasn’t our plan & no longer serving food but Courtney (I think) was really helpful, grabbed us some plates & cutlery & pointed us in the direction of takeaway food. Room, lovely the bath was a huge bonus. Bed huge & comfy. Stayed at Coventry Village a couple months ago which was also great. Would definitely recommend & stay again.”
