“The room was clean and the staff was friendly ”

“This is a very nice hotel. I have few notes. The room was beautiful and very clean. We stayed in an accessible room that was overall very well thought out. The shower head for the shower chair would not lock in position and kept sliding down. Not sure if that’s me not having strong enough hands for the task, but if accessibility is the objective, make it usable for everyone eh?The breakfast was nice, but they ran out of a few things well before breakfast was over. That could use better……

“It definitely could use some updates pot holes the room i had wasn't to bad but the bed was broken, the hallway looked like it had been swept for a couple days. Definitely a nice neighborhood area around it? That's why I was surprised that the hotel seemed kind of run down. That's why I say if it's gonna be in a nice neighborhood, they could use some updates to get more people to stay ”

“the staff was amazing i forgot my gold necklace and earrings and the gentleman at the front desk looked for them personally and set them aside for me. only issue i had was that the sheets and mattress topper was dirty. it looked like a fresh stain of some kind of oil. but with no fuss they set me up in a different room. ”
