“En la habitación 2417, a menudo escucho el sonido del limpiador de al lado moviendo sillas y camas por la mañana. El sonido es muy fuerte y el piso no está insonorizado, lo que me despierta. “First of all the only thing we liked was the staff service. Specially Sr. Bolivar Rivas (driver). This person is at your service and problem solving that makes you feel protected. Super Professional and Respectful and a great Human. Another staff is Sr. Jose Nunez waiter (captain) he runs a ship with such a smooth sailing and great human. And finally SR. Adrian Jimenez waiter at the Level Melia beach snack restaurant. He is amazing on remembering your drinks and constantly offering his service.……

“been here for 10 times - love it , lots of improvements but still room for more. 1. Bahia App - cannot order room service on Android, cannot see my past reservations, cannot see other hotels activities (important), stil limeted other options. 2. bars - quality of liquors in all bars went low dramatically - 90% of liquors are local. 3. restaurants - the restaurants menu doesnt change over years, the quality of appetizers and fish as main dish are very good but the quality of meat needs……

“Wander and Ellie (the concierge) gave top notch hospitality from beginning to end! Food over at the spoon was great as well. Friday night pool party was everything! Champagne Saturday was great as well. The beach had a lot of seaweed but it was ok. Overall, we will be back! ”
