“My stay at EAST Miami hotel was nothing short of amazing. It added a nice luxury touch to my 25th birthday getaway. The receptionist was very welcoming. The rooms were very spacious and modern and the views from the balcony were breathtaking. The valet attendants and bellman were also very courteous and helpful and made transporting luggage and shopping bags hassle-free. “Everything nice , two problems , nobody take care your room is you are empty on something need to go down stairs and ask is you can get paper toilet or a clean towel honestly . Bad in that aspect and off course the valet parking is expensive and sometime we need to run to get the car in the street because is full almost the time during the day in front of the hotel and that is no safe is a small space when you need to get your car ”
