Ok, the room also noisy beside the indoor pool, i asked for room change, but she said not available(both this moment and upon check in time she didn’t indicate my room is premium and not available as i got to the……

“We stayed in this hotel 6 nights and the staff was superb very accommodating. Centrally located trains across the street was very convenient to travel and visit Sintra and Cascais just a 40 minute trip away. Our hotel at times busy in the morning due to conventions and other meetings was superb. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone. ”

“El hotel es muy bonito. Es boutique por lo que prácticamente es todo para ti. La pasamos muy bien en el hotel. Adicionalmente TODO el personal que trabaja ahí es extraordinariamente atento. Tuvimos una complicación en nuestros planes de viaje y no solo nos ayudaron, sino que nos solucionaron todo el problema. Realmente sorprendente. Sino duda el mejor lugar e Lisboa. Lástima que solo tienen 15 habitaciones. ”

“This boutique hotel is beautiful! Everything is curated so beautifully, it's in a great neighborhood, and feels safe! They have a lovely "honesty bar," tea in the garden, and amazing staff! One of the staff members, Anna was hospitable and kind--when I wasn't feeling well, she asked the cleaning staff to clean my room first and got me earlier! Don't hesitate to stay here. It's a beautiful unique place.”

“Nice, modern, quiet and efficient with great staff”

“We just stayed one night as our last night in portugal. But it was a very good stay. Super clean and classic hotel, with very nice staff. When we arrived a nice woman on the staff went down to the garage with my husband to see if he would be happy with parking his car in such tight quarters. She was super helpful. The breakfast buffet was amazing. We will recommend this hotel.”

“Nice small hotel in convenient location in Lisbon. Not in super touristy place, but safe and close to bus and good restaurants. Cute Bali theme, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good though tight for seating. ”
