“The Wick is conveniently located literally across the street from the Hudson NY Amtrak rail station. My room was very nice, spacious, with comfortable bedding and lighting. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a problem with my stuck entry door and it was immediately addressed. Bathroom was very spacious - good water pressure and quality amenities. I had a full American breakfast in the lobby area and it was tasty. I felt safe as a solo traveler - not that the property is at the end of……

“I had an absolutely amazing time here, it is even more beautiful than the pictures. Where do I begin! Right from the start we were greeted by welcoming staff who gave us a tour of the property on a golf cart as we reached our cabin. Golf carts are offered and easily available for a lift to anywhere within the property that you’d like. The shower pressure was perfect and hot as well. Our cabin was curated to feel cozy and came equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels. The saunas……

“Hotel has character...stayed in the portion that dates back to 1766...clean rooms...quiet considering room had in window AC...restaurant was great...terrific server (Padraic)... food was one those fancy presentation but instead great tasting and sufficiently filling”

“Lovely historic hotel that we enjoyed but also knew going in not to expect modern…yes the floors creak and doors and windows dont fit snuggly. We loved it for all those reasns! Staff is wonderful! Enjoy the front porch while you are there!”
