“Had to book with them after another hotel did not work out. I will definitely be staying with them for future stays. Super friendly staff! Professional and ready, I half expected them not to have my booking ready because I booked it so quickly third party and was happily surprised they were ready for me. Cheap, plentiful, secure parking. Close interstate/highesy access, within 10 min of downtown and Westport. Clean room. Quiet area. Pleasantly surprised! Check them out! ”

“I'll start with my top dislike, which is the room switch they decided without telling me or giving me the option to cancel my reservation. My husband has a knee injury so climbing stairs to the second floor was painful, but he accepted it. This B&B only has a small number of rooms to begin with and I liked only one room on the ground level, so i reserved it over a month ago. I was greeting pleasantly, the place was clean, no bad smells, and the breakfast was good. The themed room I was given……

“Very cool historic building boutique hotel, nicely renovated with comfortable rooms and a gorgeous throw-back lobby with a bar, coffee bar and comfortable seating. Hosts one of Kansas City’s excellent fine dining restaurants, The Town Company. Parking is not optimal with the best option being valet service, and downtown KC street and plaza construction poses navigation challenges. Still a great downtown hotel option and an easy walk to convention facilities or conferences at e.g., the Marriott. ”

“Enjoyed our overnight. Hotel is clean as a whistle, and contemporary in design. Welcoming staff--front desk, breakfast crew, cleaners. Room was spacious and functional for the two of us. Large hot shower was a plus. Breakfast was cooked to order. Open, sunny, lobby where we enjoyed a hour of peace and quiet. Safe location. We will stay here again.”

“Great location especially if staying for a concert at the T-Mobile arena, didn’t like our room location. First floor by the elevator in which you hear everytime it’s being used. Our room didn’t have a window which was very unusual. Felt confined. Shower door didn’t stay closed while using. ”
