“The experience was great from before we got there to after we left. The staff at Casa da Galeria is amazing! They are super friendly and professional. They will answer any questions you have or help you with anything you need. They were proactive even before we got there. Their breakfast is amazing. You order what you want to eat every day and they come right on time. They even packed us a bag of stuff since we were leaving for the airport early. They have a tiny parking garage for 3 cars but……

“Room was spotless. Bed was very comfortable. The place was welcoming and with lovely decor touches. Pedro and his wife were super nice and helpful. They also helped with booking tours- making sure we get a discount. Breakfast was nice, included homemade cake and cookies. In the heart of downtown! I certainly recommend this place.”

“Lovely house. Came off season so the pool and garden were not attended too but too cold for sunbathing. Gorgeous old mansion. Room simple and non luxurious but clean and in the right atmosphere. Would book again. Perfect for a large group that would need 12 rooms, huge kitchen, Lou yes, pool table etc. ”

“Just incredible! On arrival, Gabriela was kind, informative and polite. The hotel was so charming and beautiful, perfect in downtown and walkable to all areas in that area. “We had the pleasure of staying 10 nights at Senhora da Rosa with half board - and we immensely enjoyed both the delicious food at both restaurants and the lovely pool and spa facilities. Despite visiting in november, well out of the vacation season, we lacked for nothing: everyone were extremely polite and acommodating and we had a great time. We will be recommending this hotel to anyone considering visiting the Azores!”
