“Friendly, helpful staff. Room upgrade freely given when the first room was unsuitable due to lack of ventilation on sunny day. Breakfast was mostly good but could be a little disorganised (juice and milk running out, tables not fully laid etc.) and buffet was rather limited in range. However good choice of cooked items, well-presented.”

“Stayed one night. Room we had was small but for one night was ok, the room was clean but bathroom could do with an upgrade. No soundproofing, could hear everything through the wall. Breakfast was an extra £12.50 each was a fine breakfast. We had dinner in the restaurant, lots of choices, great fish and seafoods selection and what we had was lovely. Staff are all friendly and welcoming. We had great service. ”

“Booked at the last minute, the hotel proved to be easy to find, quick friendly check-in. The room was lovely, with a comfy super-king bed, a large room, well lit by 4 windows, good-size shower room, modern and all very clean. Dinner and drinks in the dining room, good portions, well cooked and presented, good value, great service.”

“Nice area close to the beach. The breakfast provided was awesome. Towels, sheets, and pillows were clean. Beds were comfortable. The only complaint I had was that there was a smell in the room possibly from cleaners, we had to leave the window open. The fan in the bathroom didn't work. We were in the wing section not the main hotel.”

“only for when you get out the car 😀 The hotel was all we expected frm previous reviews. One night stopover for football at Cove Rangers, but would certainly go back for a longer visit. Everything was exceptionally good, except the articesque blast of wind that greeeted us in the carpark. The quality shown through from the staff to the food and the accommodation. Highly recommended. ”

“Great room at the top of the building, the shower was really good. Breakfast was continental and a brilliant start to the day. Room was cleaned every day and wifi was great. If you have trouble with stairs ask for room 7 on the ground floor.”
