“Just came back from a Wonderful and awesome vacation in Jamaica. Spending five nights at the Great Deja Resort. August 4th to August 9th 2025. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by a wonderful staff, from security to the bellhop. The receptionist Taniki was helpful loving, kind and friendly. She goes above and beyond to make sure that you are comfortable and have the best vacation ever. The other receptionist they were all great, so sorry not to get all the names. But another outstanding……

“The staff was excellent. Pleasant stay overall. Customer service on point. I spoke to miss Judine by phone and she was able to accommodate my last minute request. I met Miss Jackie who is also a sweetheart. Everything was ready when I arrived. So grateful for these 2 wonderful ladies. Breakfast was good. I met the chef. The property was clean and the place is quiet if you need a good night's rest. I would stay here again. It is also a budget friendly hotel, worth every penny. ”

“We had a very large and comfortable apartment. The balcony had a lovely view of the ocean. Staff was EXTREMELY helpful—we had run out of cash, ATMs never have cash but she helped arrange taxis for us late in the night. ”

“Everyone had the best time here for my 30th birthday. Great quality food and staff that went above and beyond to make our vacation special. Having access to Secrets took everything up a notch. There were minor issues with the room but the staff made sure they were addressed as soon as possible. I'll definitely be back! ”

“Write on behalf of my husband. No food. Mint tea for free. Coffee ( not decaf ) you had to pay for. It wasn’t expensive . There was a microwave and a little fridge in the room. The room was comfortable and clean. Just needed a bit of paint bit of TLC. It served its purpose.He bought takeaway food from the town centre brought it back and stored it in the fridge for breakfast the next day. All the staff were nice. He got a bus to the town centre and a taxi back in the night. He was only there……
