“Customer Service at its BEST! The staff at Collegiate care about their guest’s experience! The friendly staff answered all of my questions and were accommodating to all of my needs. Being from out of state, I was put at ease in getting around with their informative staff - Monica, Stephanie and shuttle staff Fred and Sara. I can’t wait to visit again soon! Oh! And it is close to SU, clean, with all the amenities too!”

“My trip to E. Syracuse was for my Aunt's 90th blessed birthday. I drove from NJ eith my son and grandkids. I chose Sleep Inn hotel because the event was at the restaurant within the hotel. The location was quiet and close to stores and restaurants within ten minutes. I wish they had a pool, but other than that, it was good and the breakfast was not good.”

“Stayed with my 2 little ones and felt so lucky to find such a clean comfortable place to stay. Owners are so welcoming and have it loaded with extras upon entering room with snacks and waters. Everything is spotless. In the morning they have a coffee bar with muffins and oatmeal. Highly recommend. ”

“The hotel is hidden back off the road and I would have missed it if not for GPS, so be observant when trying to find it. Otherwise, the hotel was very clean and comfortable. ”
