“We arrived at the hotel at around 4pm but we still need to wait for our room since it was not ready. As we would take the train to Cleveland next night, we chose this hotel as it was only 20-minute walk to the train station. We store the luggage at the reception after check-out. After counting the total no. of luggage and giving us a card, our luggage was placed in the lobby but not in a room. I stayed there to watch my luggage for a very long time before I was at ease.”

“I stayed at the Sonder overnight between two long-distance trains. If you are traveling through Union Station, this is a perfect option. It’s basically across the street from the station, and it was also good for some low-intensity exploring in the area. “When we arrived hotel ，the front desk said we are unable to check in because the room was not ready yet and he did not know when it will be ready.
