“Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.”

“Bra boende, helt och rent. För oss ett perfekt läge i utkanten av historiska stadskärnan, lätt att köra dit och parkera (på deras stora gratisparkering) samtidigt som det var gångavstånd till allt (inklusive operan). “The property was kept very clean. Very friendly service nothing too much trouble. Very close to the centre and all historic sites.”

“The apartment itself is pristine! A few bottles in the fridge and jams etc in the kitchen also has a kettle and toaster. Really quiet area but walking distance to all places of interest. Staff at the nearby hotel where you check in and out are the friendliest and most helpful we have had on our trip. Highly recommend and just wish we had been there a bit longer.”

“The facility is super nice and clean and infrastructure is five stars rated. It locates 15mins walk distance from the central train station. To get to the address you have to get directions from the owner since GPS takes you to another spot, very annoying. The owner won’t reply to my text messages but only through Expedia App.There are restaurant near 15 minutes walking distance but one has to across few busy intersections. ”

“Das Hotel ist modern eingerichtet. Alles ist sauber und das Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt. Das Zimmer war gut für 2 Personen, hatte WLAN, eine Alexa und TV (italienisch). Das Bad war wie neu, alles sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Danke, dass wir uns in Englisch verständigen konnten. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker. “The accommodation is in a great location for the train station and airport, and about 30 mins walk from the leaning tower. It felt like a safe area. The self-check-in process was new for me but Michele gave very clear instructions for entry to the property. I think this was the nicest room we had in our 2 weeks in Italy. It was spotlessly clean (the room and the bedding) and very comfortable. Michele was a great host and very helpful. We owe him and the cleaner a huge gratitude for their great……
