“We had a lovely welcome from Steve and Elaine. The Arthington is beautiful. Coffee on arrival everything explained our room was amazing i cannot recommend this place enough. We visit Blackpool quite regularly and this is now the only place we will be staying. ”
“Check-in was very simple, the property very clean and the host very helpful over the phone. We arrived late in the evening and it was so wonderful to arrive to the suite with the pullout bed made up already and a beautiful bottle of Prosecco and two glasses set out. We felt so very welcomed. A great location and a classy set up. ”
“Very nice hotel right next to the pleasure beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was modern and well maintained. Will stay again on another visit to Blackpool.”
“10/10 excellent little hotel - the lady owner is a legend - so nice, can't do enough for you. Cannot recommend this place enough - a little treasure in Blackpool

“What can I say,. The hosts were absolutely amazing from check in to check out. They couldn't do enough for you. The hotel itself is undergoing some major refurbishment which did not impact our stay in disturbance. The only impact was no bar was available but they had a solution (you can use the bar in the next door property) the rooms were clean, habitable and comfortable. Even though ours was a very small room (advertised for 3) but it could just fit 1 double and our newborn. We were lucky……
“The hotel is magnificent, the rooms are ultra modern but the initial welcome from the female receptionist left a lot to be desired. We arrived at 3pm on Saturday to be greeted by a very sultry lady who informed us that she needed to take £100 pre authorisation, which we did not have an issue with. It was the tone in which she delivered the message, which was a little aggressive.
I then asked about car parking, to be told i could add my registration number to the welcome form and payment would……
“Clean and modern hotel - only 1 issue:
Because we booked with Expedia, the receptionist embarrassedly informed us, overnight parking was £20 (!)
- yet for the customer in the check-in queue before me, parking was £10, as they bought their room on the Hotel's website.
- this seemed incredibly unfair.
As it happened, we were able to street park for free, a little way down the road.”
“Breakfast was really tasty and staff was amazing, place by the sea, owner friendly and helpful.
However, if you travel as solo or couple and like peaceful place I no recommend. I know its not owner faults but people. If you want to go there not recommend in a busy time like bank holiday. Room is nice and comfy but its not noise proof, also the people walking above us all night, and next to us you can hear everything. Tram is close aswell what is perfect. ”
