“Our stay here in Princeville was amazing! Kimberlee was the best host, so sweet and excellent communication. The studio was perfect for my husband and I. We loved coming back from a fun day adventuring or at the beach to a welcoming, clean space and really enjoyed hanging out on the lanai. The best stay and will defiantly be back here to stay! “Met Laura when we arrived a little early and she was so helpful. Everything was great and we loved the location. There doesn’t appear to be any parking enforcement but we did find a space each time we pulled in, despite the vehicles without tags that were definitely locals!Great sunsets from the deck.”

“Wonderful unit! Clean, set up was great. Good location, central on the east side. Unit owners are very nice and have great communication. Made sure we knew about the tsunami warning and even gave tips on where to go. The beach is very relaxing. ”

The location is absolutely incredible, if you can imagine a tropical paradise, this is exactly what it looks like. The surrounding nature is breathtaking. Situated in Princeville, a beautiful neighborhood with plenty of great dining options, stunning golf courses, and, of course, the legendary Nā Pali Coast. There are also gorgeous wild beaches nearby where you can truly enjoy nature in peace - it never feels……

“Had everything we needed — clean rooms, comfortable beds, full kitchen, AC and elevator. The view was amazing and the property was quiet…no party people, mostly families. It literally took 1 minute to walk to the beach where there were longest chairs and a small protected bay where kids could play in the water. The location was convenient — Safeway and Ross are across the street and the Coconut Marketplace is a short drive. Dave, the property owner, was very responsive when we couldn’t get the……

“Our stay at David's was wonderful. There was a leak in the AC when we first turned it on due to the drastic temperature change, but David immediately called and he and his daughter came by 30 minutes later to install a drip catcher panel. Shampoo/conditioner/soap all provided, as well as some dishware. Location was great, right across the street from Safeway and Wailua shave ice. Would stay here again!”
