“It was a great stay and jumping off point for visiting the National Tropical Botanical Garden, Haena and Hanalei. The home had everything we needed and we had a great time playing in the pool when we were not adventuring. We did not venture down to the beach as it was a bit of a steep decent but enjoyed watching the sunrise from the top of the trail! ”

“I stayed at this property solo for a few days. It was exactly as described and extremely well appointed and clean. The sun porch was nice to hang out on. I went to the pool a couple of times and it was well kept and not crowded. I would stay again and recommend it for either solo travel or a couple that plans to be out sightseeing and doesn't require a ton of extra space. ”

“This location is perfect. Right next to a wonderful walking/running path along the ocean. Near beaches. And the ocean view is great. There is construction and I did not see that until I had already booked it. They do tell you there is construction, at the very bottom tucked away. The pictures that are shown are extremely outdated. Again I like this location I just didn’t like the listing and how it wasn’t more apparent.”

“The views and ocean breeze through the home are amazing! Walking distance to Poipu beach to marvel at the green sea turtles and monk seals that come ashore to rest. Sea turtles also swimming right in front of the condo area. Great location to tour both the east, west, and north side of the island. Quiet condo location, easy to rest and relax. We spent a ton of time just sitting on the deck overlooking the ocean, enjoying the views and each others company.”

“The views are incomparable. However, while described as "not a luxury stay", the unit is priced higher than similar units we saw at the complex with updated furnishings and a higher cleaning standard. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable and needs replaced. Kitchen appliances and tools for food prep are in need of updating and refreshing. The owner's communication was excellent and it's clear she is a very responsible host. ”

“This property was perfectly situated whether you were sitting on the deck, going to the Beach House Restaurant, enjoying time on the beach, or driving short distances to shopping, beaches, coastal hikes, and points west! The kitchen was well equipped, bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning was welcomed! It was all that we needed!”

“Great location in Princeville. Very walkable area and access to a few beaches for sun, fun, and snorkeling. Easy to get to and great stay for exploring the north shore. The place was great and comfortable. Saw tons of birds and beautiful sunsets. ”
