“The room temperature never got down to what we set the thermostat to, so it was a bit warm. We opened the window for a bit which helped. Conditioner was empty. But very cool hotel with a great view, great access to the city, and good on-site bar.”

“Booked for a quick overnight trip for a concert at Aragon Ballroom. Location was great about a 15 minute Uber and easy pick-up/drop-off outside hotel. Check-in was a breeze, space to pull over car and unload. Staff was incredibly hospitable and helpful upon arrival. Room was also readily available. Room was pretty small, but it had all necessary features. I didn’t even sign into the wifi, but the password was listed on my keycard. Security was great after hours! keycard into main lobby and……

"I stayed in this hotel alone while attending the Chicago Marathon. It was a beautiful hotel with a great location. The cleanliness was at the highest level, and the facilities were great, especially the swimming pool on the top floor. Overall a great experience from start to finish, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chicago."
