“We had a good stay at the property, staff was very friendly and helpful, bed was huge and very comfortable, comfy pillows too, nice specious room which was tad dated but was clean enough not to spoil our stay. Good pub attached to the hotel, great that it had little play area to keep little ones happy and on the day we arrived there was a bouncy castle which was huge bonus. “Very very very bad hotel ever , the staff is very rude, the room is dirty, no hot water, from 9 pm to 2am , someone talking loudly in the pathway, I make complain with staff, they said nothing to do , it cost me 64 pounds , not worth it. Overall bad bad very bad hotel”

“Great hotel and everything about it is spot couldn’t put a hotel in a better place for amenities whether it’s a drink some food or a bit of shopping I never had the breakfast this time round as last time I was disappointed as there was no beans and no bacon but I’m sure it’s improved but generally apart from the breakfast the hotel I could not recommend more nice touches with the pringles and chocolate bar in the fridge ”

“This was our first visit to the hotel since it was refurbished. I’d saved up to take my husband there for his birthday treat. When we got there, we were so impressed and our room was lovely, apart from it feeling very warm. We realised that we were directly above the kitchen. It was really noisy, as the extractor fan was so noisy to the point that it felt like we were about to take off on an aeroplane ( and that is no exaggeration ) We were kept awake by the staff laughing outside and throwing……
