“Das Opera House Hotel ist ein sehr sauberes und gut geführtes Hotel in der Bronx. Ich habe schon häufiger in der Bronx genächtigt. Leider ist dieser Teil der Bronx der am wenigsten schöne, das macht das Hotel aber wieder wett.”

“總體上尚可，但有兩點我很不能接受： 1. 我訂第二便宜的雙人套房，上面並沒標示廁所需要跟別人共用，我argue了一番才讓upgrade 2. 再我都繳清一晚70鎂後，櫃檯又跟我charge八晚180鎂的facility fee, 那我當初幹嘛訂這家，一晚90鎂我有很多更好的選擇，有被坑的感覺，如果不改善我以後不會用你們的平台了”
