“Lovely hotel, Rooms really nice and spacious, Great view from room looking onto the Tay Beds very uncomfortable, rooms very hot in summer with no Air Con only a table fan. Pool area nice but a bit small and pretty cold. ”

“The hotel is too old, size of the room fine, but the washroom is not good enough. The bathtub is slippery and I slipped and hurt my head when I get into the bathtub. Besides, the floor in the bathroom is slippery too. The window in 4/F, half of the window is covered by concrete, the building decoration, no window view. The window in 2/F is fine. The room has high ceiling, but the window is too small. I’ve reserved 2 rooms, but they arranged one in 2/F, one in 4/F. Which makes us……

“The owner, Kenny, helped us with our luggage and to settle into our VERY large, very comfortable room. The room had a kitchenette, with plates, utensils, pots, a kettle and coffee supplies! The room was easily controlled by Alexa and other electronic gadgets. I picked this hotel because of past reviews and ease of parking. It was within a few minutes drive of downtown Dundee, which is very busy and parking is almost non-existent. We loved our 2 day stay at the hotel and would definitely……

“The hotel was great value for money, giving us a king sized bed and 2 singles in a separate bedroom- very handy for the children to sleep earlier than me. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was very tasty with a wide range of options. The only downside is that the floor boards in the corridors were very creaky, and the heavy doors made a lot of noise on closing, meaning my sleep was pretty poor. A big shame as I would have used this hotel again on a road trip down to England, but……
