“Overall, very nice location and right on the beach. The one thing that was a little disappointing was the sand build up due to the winds. We were unable to use the hot tub, or the deck because it was covered in sand, drifting sand. Reminded me of snowdrifts, but only with sand. Could not see out the windows when we first got there because the sand had completely covered the windows. Got out the next morning and found a hose buried under about a foot of sand and rinsed the windows off. The sand……

“From the moment that we arrived and saw the ocean waves until the last moment of “Farewell” - this home, the view, and the accommodations including the warmth of the fireplace were “MAGIC!”Our recent college graduate daughter finally let down and actually read a “Fun” book looking out over the water wrapped in a soft blankie by the fireplace, my husband amazingly STOPPED for the five days we stayed here and really, really enjoyed himself and contemplated his retirement a few years away. “What a pleasant surprise to be able to pull into the garage to unload all our things, bonus! Great access to the sand, gorgeous views of the beach and Haystack rock from a bank of windows, and a deck all along the side of the beach side of the house. Nice newer dishwasher. Thank you for the aluminum foil and plastic wrap because we forgot our own!! Honeycomb blinds upstairs, amenities in showers. Very clean rooms/bathrooms. Check-out was a breeze!Negatives (which are all easily fixable) would be……

“Loved everything about the stay. Space was perfect for my 4 teenagers. Only challenge was the kitchen had the minimum of cooking dishes, baking sheets, and therefore preparing multi dish meals was a challenge. No corning wear, baking dishes, small turines, etc. ”
