“I had a great experience at Ivy Boutique Hotel on a previous visit, but this time was a complete letdown. The heating was broken in freezing 0-degree Chicago weather, making the room unbearably cold. To make matters worse, there was no liner between the sheets, which felt unhygienic and uncomfortable. “The Residence Inn is always one of my top 3 go to hotels. I loved that this location was close to many attractions, restaurants, and other things to do in Chicago. The area felt very safe and walkable at any time of day or night and I loved the service at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and accomodating, and the continental breakfast had a wide spread and was delicious. Our hotel room was clean and had all the essentials. The room had great AC and we loved having the fridge and freezer……
