“Such an easy check-in! The information sent prior to checking in was very informative and helpful. If you are introverted this is amazing the host really respects your privacy but also super responsive if needing help with anything. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook. The space was so much fun in regards to decoration. The house was clean and organized well. It is in a good location in regards to getting to restaurants and nearby parks. “This property worked out really well for 10-12 of us to celebrate a nephew's graduation at Rollins College. Lots of bathroom space helped! Shower pressure was fantastic--noted by several of us independently. The large 2nd floor patio made a great outdoor living space. Owner was a timely communicator, and we had no issues during our stay. The location is great for downtown Orlando events. It was a convenient 15 minute drive to Rollins College for graduation. The neighborhood has some great walks……
