“Nice size rooms. Location excellent. Meals good. Difficult to navigate stairs. Meals too expensive. Parking too expensive. Breakfast and parking should be free to residents. For this reason, I wont go back. ”

“The staff were very professional and amiable. The hotel and room smelt nice on arrival, looked clean and the facilities were good in the room. Kieran on the front desk, greeted us on arrival and was friendly, professional and great sense of humour. Sadly he didn’t meet us for a drink on our hen do at 3.30☹️😂 Great stay, location perfect for the docks and centre. Highly recommend this hotel.”

“The staff slow as like a turtle, wait there already 30 minutes, but still need to wait for another 10 minutes. Every time I go to the reception, always have a long queue and just a few staff there and one of the staff is really SLOWWW , really can't understand why a hotel can have that slowly hospitality and even pride and prejudice”

“Excellent staff who were all friendly and couldn't do enough for us. We had an evening meal which was really nice and the breakfast we fantastic, so much choice and all fresh. Location was good, about 20 min walk from city centre, but quiet and relaxing. The only negatives I would say is the corridors are very dark (limited lighting) and we thought the additional cost of the spa facilities was expensive. ”

“The hotel is an excellent base if youre staying in Blackpool. I preferred to leave the car and walk through Stanley Park into town although it is about 45 mins. Facilities are great, leisure club, Starbucks, great beer garden and also a golf course. Lovely surroundings. We had a family room with a bunk bed which was basic but had everything required. To improve i would like a firmer pillow, privacy glass on ground floor as the outdoor pool users have a birdeye view into your room. The pool is……
