“The rooms were comfortable and had everything I needed. You definitely need new and bigger towels as they were rough and too small and the shower soaked the floor, I had to mop it up with towels. The staff at the pub were really friendly, the pub is very tired though, ripped chairs, toilets were not too nice and the paint is peeling off outside. It could be amazing just needs a bit spent on it. ”

“This property was spacious, tastefully decorated, and clean. We loved our stay. It is conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, Windsor Castle, and the train station. We were able to leave our bags in a locked closet until our room was ready. I felt very safe here. The girl on call when you check in was absolutely delightful. So sweet and friendly. One of my favorite people I met during my travels in the UK. I wish I'd gotten her name. She is a true gem. I will definitely stay here again.”

“Having stayed in Eton several times, always wanted to stay at Gilbey’s. Stayed in studio suite and it was fabulous. A safe area and close to Windsor Castle, shopping , many pubs and restaurants. Staff was lovely. Will definitely stay there again. ”

“Space is nice and worked well for our family. Only complaint was arriving at night wasn’t ideal as the front gate area had a homeless person hanging around. Once we entered the gate, the walkway smelled like someone had just urinated. It didn’t give the best first impression. Getting the key wasn’t hard, just cumbersome as there isn’t a front desk person to assist. ”
