When we arrived at the reception, we saw the staff were not wearing any uniform, not even smart casual, I didn’t know who was staff who was a customer, and I got confused when a person took our luggage into the storage room, I wasn’t sure if he’s legit. The bathroom drain was blocked, and one of the bathroom lights was broken. If the housekeeping had ever cleaned the bathroom, how would the hotel not know the drain was blocked? Also on the second……
