“Thebhotel and room were dated and room air-conditioning was poor. The sink in the hand bath was blocked and water ran slow. Toom is a bit dark. For almost 500 pounds a night i woild stay in the Premium inn next”

“First of all, my Oyster card which was inserted to keep the electricity on, was gone after the housekeeping. Second, the room I stayed in was very noisy. I could hear other residents scrolling up / down their curtain. Every time there was someone passing by the corridor, opening or closing the door, I could hear it very clearly. There is no view at all from my room. ”

“Easy trip with a convenient shuttle to the airport. The room was comfortable and clean, and having several restaurants located right within the hotel made everything simple and stress-free. Great choice for travelers!”

“Our room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was great. Lovely to have a king sized bed after the smaller beds we find in B & Bs. Very nice bathroom with a lovely shower. Staff at reception were very welcoming and helpful. We didn't have breakfast because we went out each morning before 7:00. It wasn't available then. We enjoyed our one dinner in the restaurant.”

“Overall the stay was pleasant: artistic room decoration, delicious food, nice staff with convenient location. One small reminder only: bring your own toiletries kit like tooth brush, toothpaste, etc. to avoid unnecessary shopping.”

“The check-in staff did not proactively mentioned that the access to our room was different from other rooms, until we could not use the lift after we tapped our access card. Afterwards, we were susprised to learn that there was no lift access to our room. The room would be more comfortable if there are more than 1 chair available, considering there are ample amount of space. It was also quite noisy facing the main street while windows needed to keep open for ventilation with no air con……
