“Fantastic stay ”

“Always enjoy my stay here. The only issue was the evening desk clerk upon arrival, who was on duty for a couple of evenings. She did not assist with any questions asked and was very blunt in her mannerisms. This is not the norm for this hotel. Most who greet you with services are welcoming and social as well as concerned with any needs you may have.”

“Awesome staff running the place Joe was super nice and made the check in process a breeze. Bo peeps hideaway was a great room that was very spacious and had everything you needed for a nice weekend away. Light and airy room did have a slight musty smell nothing that couldn’t be taken care of with a dehumidifier. Overall great stay ”

“Friendly staff, well maintained facility ”

“Owner/manager was very friendly. I booked a handicap room by mistake and the manager was very accommodating. And I was able to check in early allowing me to settle in before being Ubered off to a medical appointment. Quit, comfortable room. And the best surprise was the waffle maker at the breakfast bar. Great way to start the morning.”

“We had a wonderful and rejuvenating stay at Extended Stay America!! Our king sized bed was very comfortable and the room was nice and clean. Loved the full sized refrigerator in the room as well. But the main reason we are doing a review is that we wanted to recognize and commend the Front Desk Rep, Camia, for her friendly greeting and especially her general concern for our pleasant stay. Each time she saw us, she inquired about our comfort. You could just feel her pride in the brand she that……

“酒店周边餐厅很多，距离购物中心也不远，位置不错；门口正在建另一家酒店，阳光最好的几间客房噪音会很大；住了7天，只给换过一次毛巾，几乎没打扫，地都没吸，掉的头发还在，连叫两天打扫，还是忘了；房间内没有保管箱，窗户也不能打开，没有周边的免费班车。”
