The various living areas in the yard and house gave opportunities for our small group to visit and play games. “I always taking my own cleaning supplies and clean rooms before my family stays anywhere. The sunflower cottage was very clean and I only found one hair - I was so impressed. It was spacious enough for what we needed and was so quaint and tucked back in a safe and quiet area. We will definitely be staying again. The only surprise was being able to hear every word from the guests below us. Aside from that, everything was perfect. The pool and playground were wonderful. The working was fabulous.……

“Great location!!!! The only time we had to drive anywhere was when we went tubing - drove to the Rockin R to rent tubes and put into the river. Otherwise, everything else - Gruene Hall, shopping, and restaurants were in easy walking distance!!!! The pool was refreshing! We had a great time!!!!”
