They welcome you with a full notebook of info including wifi passwords & eateries near by and even a little bowl of treats (which my kids very much enjoyed) . Location was perfect for anywhere in SA especially downtown by the riverwalk. Quiet neighborhood, would definitely stay again. Cons- You need a very compact vehicle to fit in back parking space and on street. Also if you're staying in the down stairs living quarters be prepared to hear……
