“Lovely stay. Very peaceful and quiet. The carriage house was above the garage and was very well appointed. The access stairs are a bit steep but did have a secure railing so did not prove to be an issue for me. The host was very nice and kind and responded to questions very quickly. ”

“Very modern and clean kitchen fully equipped if you are preparing meals. We did not use but nice knowing it was available for use. Three bedrooms each with their own bathroom and shower were a big plus. Just is very quick to answer with any correspondence. I would recommend this property to as bone and would stay here again. ”

“Central location from the airport or river walk and any other activities, Big plus is the beautiful neighborhood and added security from the police station that is close by, Will definitely stay there again. Really spacious and my family was comfortable. We did not feel like we were on top of each other. ”

“The home was updated and very nice. Very spacious. The host was easy to communicate with and very helpful. The neighborhood is quiet and location was close to most attractions. The only complaint I had was the the grass was very high and the yard did not look like the picture. It would have been nice if the yard was mowed. ”

“We rented the house for a girls' reunion weekend and comfortably slept 11 adults. The house was great - super clean, great kitchen, lots of seating and catching up areas to lounge. Beds were very comfortable and plenty of bathrooms. The communication with the owners was excellent. Location was perfect if you are needing to be close to Trinity or UIW. Also close access to Downtown. We would definitely rent again. ”
