“Best of the 13 properties stayed in on the entire trip. Great room with a lovely view, extremely accommodating host, great food and an absolutely lovely home in a terrific little area. Didn't want to leave and would happily return for a future visit!”

“Our host Simon was wonderful. Breakfast was served the next morning and he made dinner reservations for us a the nearby restaurant the Station where we enjoyed a wonderful meal and drinks. The views from the B7B were fabulous.”

“Really cute and clean. The bathrooms were also clean which can sometimes be an issue at these kind of places. No moldy smells and good lighting.”

“Fabulous accommodation. Just 3 rooms let by Lucy and James, who own the local brewery also. Great breakfast cooked to order and rooms are well decorated. Lcuy sells her art at the house if you are interested in Scottish landscapes in watercolour, and some oil. Very quiet, blackout curtains, comfy medium mattress and good pillow selection. Highly recommend and would stay again.”

“We really enjoyed our stay in Ashburn guest house. The property was clean and bed was comfortable. The bathroom shower pressure was really good, nice for a shower after a long hike! Walking distance to town with nice view too. Hayley was really friendly and helpful, she packed us a really nice breakfast for our early morning hike on our first morning there, which was thoughtful of her. Only thing that could be improved on would be for the sitting in breakfast, it would be best if hot……
