"I'm very concerned with the sleeping quality that I can get in a hotel so this hotel is between 3 to 4 out of 5 for me. The bedding is very comfortable and the room is very decent and clean. The only downside is that the wall and door are really too thin, and that the hotel is busy with people in and out. The door when closed would create a loud noise capable of waking everyone up. You can hear the music and conversation of the adjacent room easily. Also, the cleansing staff, although having done a great job in cleaning, was really creating loud noise when they clean (including slamming the door of the cleaning room). Despite putting up "do not disturb" sign outside my room, the staff knocked on my door at 9:20a.m. just to confirm if I need housekeeping service. This is simply too annoying and stressful for a quiet enjoyment of the room."

"我住了4個晚上。 1）Reception 的櫃台人員非常友善，動作也很快，很好。 2）早餐我大多都是10:00左右去用餐。食物常常沒有補足，總是沒有咖啡杯和茶杯，擺放食物的餐台常常很亂。 3）因為總是沒有咖啡杯和茶杯，還有兩次熱水壺裡沒有熱開水，我得要請服務人員幫忙，我通常都要講好幾次才有人會處理。 4）退房時間是11:00。我要退房那天早上8:30，我還在睡覺，房務人員就來敲門了，問我要退房了嗎⋯⋯請問這是五星級飯店的水準嗎⋯⋯"
