"I'm very concerned with the sleeping quality that I can get in a hotel so this hotel is between 3 to 4 out of 5 for me. The bedding is very comfortable and the room is very decent and clean. The only downside is that the wall and door are really too thin, and that the hotel is busy with people in and out. The door when closed would create a loud noise capable of waking everyone up. You can hear the music and conversation of the adjacent room easily. Also, the cleansing staff, although having done a great job in cleaning, was really creating loud noise when they clean (including slamming the door of the cleaning room). Despite putting up "do not disturb" sign outside my room, the staff knocked on my door at 9:20a.m. just to confirm if I need housekeeping service. This is simply too annoying and stressful for a quiet enjoyment of the room."

"房間真的小的有點驚人，經過3天的安排，終於適應在小空間裡的活動 似乎也不像剛進入房間那麼難以接受 反而可以轉身範圍內完成一連串的行動 床鋪像是日本和式床板，我比較矮小，所以可以完全正睡、橫睡 棉被非常保暖、包覆身體 剛到倫敦的時差，這床棉被可以促進入睡，調整體力，非常好 房內所有燈、窗簾、空調溫度以及安排打掃預約都是透過iPad 聯繫，非常時尚的方式 早餐部分，非常好吃 服務人員超級親切友善 初到倫敦，有可以信賴，溫暖對待的方式，緩和緊張的心情。非常感謝🙏 洗衣的部分已經委外，24小時後才能送回，這是當時訂房不了解的部分。 飯店位置非常好 步行幾分鐘可達河岸，river bus 登船點 有google map 導航非常簡易方便 到泰特美術館、菠蘿市場都太方便了"
